Delete your data

Melty Paws has no account: we never ask for a name, e-mail or password, so there is no account to delete.
You can, however, have the game data sent from your device erased.
1. Erase the game data we hold
- Open the game, tap Settings and note your player ID (at the bottom of the window).
- Write to lyrad.studio@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and this ID.
- Within one month, we erase the data linked to this ID (game statistics we hold) and confirm it by e-mail. Your e-mail is then deleted along with the conversation.
Without the ID we cannot find your data: we do not know who you are.
2. What is deleted, what is kept

| Progress, coins, settings (on your phone) | Deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data (Android Settings › Apps › Melty Paws › Storage). We have no copy. |
| Game statistics linked to your ID | Deleted on request (step 1), within one month. |
| Advertising and measurement data (Google AdMob, Meta) | Linked to your phone's advertising ID: reset or delete it (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking). You can also withdraw your consent in the game (Settings › Privacy). |
| Purchase records | Kept as accounting law requires (up to 10 years), then deleted. Payments themselves are held by Google or Apple. |
